Portfolio sold: First Colonial Bankshares Corp. of Chicago said it sold the bulk of its mortgage-servicing-rights portfolio to Fidelity Savings Association of Kansas for about $100,000. First Colonial said it sold the portfolio, which gives the owner the right to collect mortgage payments from borrowers for a fee, after writing down the portfolio in 1991 and ’92. The outstanding balance of the underlying mortgages is about $110 million.
