Another acquisition: Classics International Entertainment Inc. said it signed a letter of intent to buy Moondog’s Inc., a chain of five Chicago-area comic-book and pop-culture stores. Chicago-based Classics International operates seven Dream Factory stores, in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey.
