A Chicago woman was held pending a bond hearing after allegedly stealing clothing Sunday from TJ Maxx, 16025 S. Harlem Ave. Rosalind Lloyd, 44, of 1550 W. 63rd St., was charged with retail theft. The suspect was unable to post $100 bond.
