Police arrested a 36-year-old man Friday after a Clarendon Hills woman was struck in the face near his home. Paul Edward Flood, 13 McIntosh Lane, was charged with battery and was released on $1,000 bond pending an appearance next month in Du Page County Circuit Court in Wheaton.
