Holly Spence recently was named director of communications for the Cook County Assessor’s Office. She will assume the position Feb. 22 on a full-time basis, but she will serve in a part-time capacity unitil that date.
Spence previously was an accountant supervisor for Hill and Knowlton Public Relations and director of communications for Little City Foundation.
Prior to coming to Chicago, Spence served as director of public relations and marketing for Central City Opera in Denver.
