I am not only angry but sickened by Clarence Page’s “suggestion” of holding town meetings.
I’m sick and tired of black leaders accusing me, as a Jew, of owning all the banks, all the media, running Wall Street and who knows what else.
Fifty years ago as part of the U.S. Army I fought in Europe to stop the Nazis from killing Poles, Jews, French, Scandinavians and anyone else they deemed responsible for their social and economic problems. Do I now have to fear the same horror may be visited on my children and grandchildren?
Some black leaders are right in this respect: They have a responsibility to teach their young the fundamentals of human kindness, decency and goodwill.
Simply, you teach your children and I will teach mine. Then when black leaders like Khalid Abdul Muhammed and Louis Farrakhan speak at a school, they’ll be booed and not cheered.
