Four men were charged with delivery of cocaine Tuesday after they allegedly sold a kilo of the drug to undercover Des Plaines police officers. They were identified as Victor Quinones, 20, of 7031 W. Roosevelt Rd., Berwyn; Jesus Aguayo, 20, of 10035 Linda Lane, Des Plaines; Arnulfo Hernandez, 22, of 1301 S. Ridgeland Ave., Berwyn; and Jose Arias, 23, of 105 Dover Drive, Des Plaines. Police said they made the buy at about 8:15 p.m. Tuesday inside Aguayo’s apartment. A 1983 Buick Riviera owned by Quinones also was seized.
