A sexual assault accusation leveled by one student at a South Side school for the mentally disabled against another was dismissed Tuesday, police said.

A 15-year-old girl who had made the charge was engaging in consensual sex in a school bathroom stall with a 17-year-old boy, police said, and no assault took place.

The girl originally said she was in a stall about 11:30 a.m. at the Southside Occupational Academy, 7342 S. Hoyne Ave., when the boy crawled into the stall and assaulted her.
