Jean B. Margolis, 72, of Buffalo Grove, a housewife and volunteer, died Wednesday at Evanston Hospital in Evanston. A native of Chicago, Mrs. Margolis was a board member of the Evelyn Steinberg Cancer Foundation and a member of the Women’s Variety Club. She also volunteered at Weiss Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Manny; a son, Michael; two daughters, Ellyce Rumick and Allison Lasner; and eight grandchilren. Services will be held at noon Friday at Weinstein Brothers Memorial Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette.
