Sergio Ramirez, 36, of 52 S. Union St. was charged with domestic battery after he allegedly struck his wife in the back with a baseball bat, police said. Police were called to the home early Tuesday for the fourth time in recent weeks, they said. The 36-year-old woman declined hospital treatment, police said.
