Serial killer Danny Harold Rolling should be executed for a string of gruesome sex murders that terrorized Gainesville, Fla., four years ago, a jury recommended Thursday. Jurors deliberated for five hours over two days before returning their unanimous recommendation on all five murder counts. The only other option was life in prison. Circuit Judge Stan R. Morris will consider the jury’s recommendation when he imposes sentence on Tuesday.
