Harry G. Karzas, 59, owner of a Jefferson Park restaurant known for its barbecued ribs, died of kidney cancer Sunday in his home in Northbrook. Mr. Karzas for the last decade had been owner of The Gale Street Inn Chicago, a family-style restaurant on Milwaukee Avenue. Mr. Karzas had lived in Northbrook for some 20 years. He is survived by his wife Helen; four children, Carrie, George, Angela and Alexa; a brother; and a sister. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church, 1401 Wagner Rd., Glenview.
