A 16-year-old female was charged Wednesday with fraudulent use of a credit card at Hot Tickets, 500 Park Blvd., said police. The juvenile ordered a number of concert tickets valued at $1,200 over the telephone while using fake credit card numbers, said police. When she arrived to sign the purchase slips, she was arrested, police said.
