A 22-year-old resident was arrested after police said they found marijuana in his pocket during a traffic stop. Bradley Koecher of 1004 Oak Tree Lane was a passenger in a car that was pulled over in the 1900 block of Oak Tree Lane on Thursday morning, police said. Koecher was charged with possession of marijuana, police said.
