Jose Zolorsano, 20, of 8839 S. Houston Ave., Chicago, was charged with driving with no license, having no vehicle insurance and driving on a false registration Monday after police ran a random check of his license plates on U.S. Highway 45 near Interstate Highway 80. Zolorsano was released on a recognizance bond with a pending court date.
