A 19-year-old Palatine woman told police early Monday that a man in his 20s grabbed her purse shortly after she got off a Chicago & North Western train at the Palatine train station. The woman could not describe the man who she said took her purse as she walked in the 200 block of Colfax Street, but she said the purse contained $500, police said.
