The models both have four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. One model, the Normandy, is fully furnished, with 3,125 square feet of space; it is priced at $360,000. The other, the Chesterfield, is unfurnished; it has 2,750 square feet of space and is listed at $300,000. The builder is also constructing four other homes in the development on a speculative basis.
