Spring Point Townhomes, a multifamily community is northwest suburban Carpentersville, has surpassed the halfway mark with its 50th sale.

The Countryside Home Corp. development, planned for 99 homes, offers four floor plans ranging from 1,145 to 1,677 square feet and from $113,500 to $131,900 in price.

The traditionally styled two-story residences have two or three bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths, two-story foyers, lofts and attached two-car garages. All have 8- by 10-foot patios or wooden decks, central air conditioning and sodded and landscapped yards.

Options include brick or marble fireplaces, skylights and whirlpool tubs. Optional English or walkout basements can add 570 to 840 square feet to each townhouse.

The community’s lodge and swim club are scheduled to open on Memorial Day.

– Hearthside Homes has sold 60 homes in 14 weeks at Broken Arrow, the golf course community in southwest suburban Lockport. Hearthside plans to build 320 single-family homes there.

Prices range from $134,900 to $194,900. Nine ranch, bi-level and two-story floor plans are offered. They have 1,800 to 2,800 square feet and three or four bedrooms, one to three baths and attached two-car garages. Some plans allow basements.

Construction on two Arrowhead models is scheduled to be finished in July.

Broken Arrow also features three additional single-family communities-Long Bow Creek, Dakota Glen and Thunder Hill. These custom developments have about 100 lots, some averaging up to 100 by 180 feet. Depending on community selected, prices for lots range from $49,900 to $115,000.

“We’ve sold about a quarter of our inventory already,” said Vincent A. Solano, Jr., president of Robin Hill Development, the Wheaton-based land developer overseeing Broken Arrow.

“We’re making excellent progress on the golf course. The first nine holes should be ready to play by next spring-right on schedule,” Solano said.

– Sales have reached 35 percent at Drake Park at Meadowbrook in northwest suburban Lake in the Hills. Being developed by the Schaumburg-based William Ryan Homes, Drake Park will consist of 130 single-family homes when complete. About 50 have been sold.

Six designs are offered, including one ranch and five two-story plans. They are priced from $138,990 to $156,990, and range from 1,550 to 2,026 square feet.

Basements are standard in all designs. Options include whirlpool tubs, vaulted ceilings in the master suite, skylights, fireplaces and bay windows.

– William Ryan Homes also said that only 11 of the 102 single-family homes planned for Pheasant Ridge in Round Lake Beach are left.

Four two-story and a tri-level design are featured, ranging from 1,519 to 2,090 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages. Options include fireplaces, skylights, tray ceilings, central air conditioning and patios. For a limited time, buyers may purchase basements for half price.

The homes are priced from $138,990 to $152,990.

Pheasant Ridge is in the Chain O’ Lakes region. To visit the community, take Interstate Highway 94 north, west on Illinois Highway 132, south on U.S. Highway 45, west on Rollins Road, north on Illinois Highway 83, left on Momaville Road, left on Orchard to the models.

– More than 30 of the 174 single-family homes planned for Heritage Valley at Pleasant Prairie in southeastern Wisconsin, just north of the Illinois state line, have been sold.

Heritage Valley is being developed by American Heritage Homes Inc., an affiliate of Corley Real Estate Corp. The 132-acre community offers homes priced from $129,990 to $176,990. It centers on a 40-acre nature preserve, and offers homesites of 12,000 to 23,000 square feet. The exteriors of the homes feature an Early American look.

Six two-story floor plans are available at Heritage Valley, ranging from 1,702 to 2,600 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths, and two-car garages. Walk-out basements are available on homes overlooking the nature preserve.

Options include basements, three-car garages, electric garage door openers, central air conditioning, fireplaces, skylights, brick facing, lofts, intercoms, burglar alarms, bay windows, patios and laundry tubs.
