Will lower barriers: South Korea has agreed to lower trade barriers to help facilitate imports of foreign cars, the head of a U.S. automakers trade group said. Andrew Card, president of the American Automobile Manufacturers Association, met with South Korean government officials to discuss lowering barriers after he and executives from the three biggest U.S. carmakers arrived in Seoul Wednesday.
