Luxury deal: Hilton Hotels Corp. said it signed a memorandum of understanding to develop a five-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, along with Phu My Hung Corp. The 500-room luxury property, scheduled to open in 1997, is located in Saigon South, a commercial development just south of Ho Chi Minh City. Saigon South is to include a trade center, financial district, civic center, residential housing and medical facilities.
