Robert A. Stamm, 38, 121 E. 7th St., Lockport, was arrested Sunday on Will County warrants for drunken driving and fleeing and eluding police. Police said they found Stamm hiding in a cubbyhole in his basement when they went to his home to arrest him. He was taken to Will County Jail, where he was being held Wednesday on $750 bond.
