An armed robbery was reported Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of a grocery in the 500 block of Summit Avenue. Police said the victim told them that a man wearing a brown ski mask drove toward him as he walked through the lot, pointed a long-barreled handgun at him and demanded his wallet. According to the victim, the robber said, ” `Give me your wallet. I don’t want to hurt you.’ ” The victim reportedly tossed his wallet to the man who backed out of the parking lot and fled south on Summit Avenue. The wallet contained $107, police said.
