A local man was free on bond after police arrested him Wednesday morning on disorderly conduct charges after police say he allegedly became enraged because his breakfast wasn’t ready.
Samuel C. Shoumake, 27, of 2300 20th St., was charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly overturned furniture, threw objects, punched a hole in a bedroom door and kicked a hole in a bathroom door, police said.
