A 48-year-old driver who said he dropped a wallet containing $212 Tuesday near his parked truck in the 1000 block of East Irving Park Road told police that two teenage boys on bicycles rode up and snatched the wallet before he had a chance to pick it up. Authorities were working with limited descriptions of the suspects, they said.
