An 18-year-old resident was arrested last week after police said they saw him riding a motorcycle that had been reported stolen. Erik Gavin Kaduk of 8200 Woodglen Ave. was charged with theft by deception after witnesses told police that Kaduk used a false check to buy the motorcycle this month.
