Hallmark Cards Inc. said it formed a subsidiary, Hallmark Entertainment Inc., that will supply movies and mini-series to network television. Robert Halmi Jr., president and chief executive of Kansas City, Mo.-based Hallmark’s recently acquired RHI Entertainment Inc., will hold the same title at the new unit.
