Regarding the “Voice of the people” letter, “Dole’s stubbornness” (July 27), it is difficult to follow the thinking of the writer. Mr. Dole is referred to as a czar and acting like a self-centered, spoiled child. After all, Dole is but one senator among the many and has only one vote. Our president has stated that if all of his ideas are not included in the final draft of the health bill, he will use his veto power. Isn’t that being more of a czar?
