Police Wednesday charged James B. Martin, 36, of 218 Mantua, Park Forest, with improper lane usage, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended registration after a citizen reported seeing a car weaving through traffic near Sauk Trail and Main Street. Martin posted $100 bond.
