Technology agreement: Motorola Inc. said Tuesday it will produce a wireless answering machine that will fit on a customer’s belt. It signed an agreement with Paging Network Inc., which said its VoiceNow product will use Motorola’s new communication technology. The new unit will allow customers to capture, store and replay voice messages on a pocket-size device when it is released in 1996. PageNet will purchase more than $250 million in equipment from Motorola over the next few years.
