Turner Broadcasting System Inc. and Time Warner Inc. are discussing a deal in which Time Warner would give up its 20 percent stake in the cable TV network company, The Wall Street Journal reported. Neither company would comment on the report, which quoted unidentified sources as saying the deal would have Time Warner giving up its stake in exchange for joint ownership of one of Turner’s cable television entertainment networks.
