An employee of Hackney’s restaurant, 880 N. Old Rand Rd., was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of giving alcohol to three minors in the basement of the restaurant. Jesus Contreras, 23, no known address, was charged Saturday with delivering alcohol to persons under 21 years old after the restaurant owner called police, reports said.
