After absorbing the numbing facts and bleak reality of children killing children, it was indeed refreshing to read of the multigenerational, interracial life being generated at the Nathalie Salmon House in Chicago (“Act Of Human Kindness,” Real Estate, Oct. 16).
The efforts of Michael and Lilo Salmon to promote a gentle, safe and stimulating living situation for both the old and young should be studied and considered by governmental, state and city agencies. There is hope for tomorrow.
