An employee of Marshall Field and Co., 1 Oakbrook Center, was arrested last week after security agents saw him allegedly take a tie and rubber boots, police said. John R. Ovnik, 61, of 735 N. Catherine Ave., La Grange Park, was charged with retail theft, police said.
