Rolando DeGuzman, 22, of 1109 S. Holiday Ln., alledgedly said on Wedneday “Fix my heat or else” while pointing a loaded gun at the wife of the manager of the apartment building where he lives, police said. The woman fled from DeGuzman’s unit and telephoned authorities, who confiscated two weapons and charged him with aggravated battery, they said.
