The Home Builders Association of Lake County will hold its 1995 Home Show this weekend in north suburban Grayslake.
More than 100 exhibitors will offer information on such topics as financing, landscaping, technology and building products. Numerous home builders also will be exhibitors, including those who specialize in log homes, modular construction and room additions. In addition, seminars will focus on industry and consumer topics.
The home show will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Lake County Fairgrounds, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 45 and Illinois Highway 120 in Grayslake. Admission is $3 for adults; children under 12 admitted free. For information, call 708-816-4663.
– Three models have opened at the White Eagle Club, a golf-course community in Aurora/Naperville. In addition, three spec homes can be viewed. All six homes, constructed by various builders, are on Treesdale Court in the development.
The models, priced in the mid- to upper $400,000s, have been constructed by Kozlowski Homes, Westside Builders and D.H. Lindahl & Sons.
The spec homes have been built by McKeown Classic Homes ($379,900), Olek Brothers Builders ($479,900) and Oak Creek Builders ($419,900).

– D. Korshak Construction is building a 4,010-square-foot spec home at Country Club Meadows in northwest suburban Long Grove.
The home, priced at $595,000, will feature four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. It is schedule to be completed in May.
Country Club Meadows is offering 66 homesites, priced from $140,000. The developer plans to have homes ranging from 2,500 to more than 6,500 square feet and priced from $400,000 to more than $700,000.
Country Club Meadows, a development of James McHugh Construction Co., is at Checker and Schaeffer Roads, just north of Long Grove Road in Long Grove. Sales are being conducted from the Fields of Long Grove, on Gilmer Road between North Kureger and Diamond Lake Roads. – Landmark Homes has opened a model home at Providence Oaks of Gurnee, a community of 98 homes in the far north suburb.
Prices range from $199,500 to $257,940 for the eight homes, offered in two series. The houses have three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

– Pulte Home Corp. will open two decorated models Saturday at the Preserves of Chesapeake Farms in north suburban Grayslake.
The Preserves of Chesapeake Farms will include 83 single-family homes priced from $234,990 to $279,990. The homes are offered in five floor plans that range in size from 2,350 to 3,064 square feet; each has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

– Three models opened Friday at Hunters Ridge in northwest suburban Hoffman Estates. The developer, Pasquinelli Inc., plans to have 540 single-family homes. The 110-acre community is planned for two series, priced from $229,900 to and $241,990 and from $259,990 to $279,990.
The three houses in the Americana Homes series range in size from 2,190 to 2,565 square feet; they have four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or three baths. The four houses in the Landmark Homes series range in size from 2,580 to 3,385 square feet; they have four or five bedrooms and 2 1/2 or three baths.
