Delta Air Lines, hoping to wring $340 million a year in concessions from its pilots, said it plans this week to outline its priorities as new contract negotiations get under way. The pilots are working under a contract signed in 1990 that technically ended Jan. 1. Given its target of cutting $2 billion a year in overall costs by 1997, the Atlanta-based airline said it wants to conclude negotiations by July 1.
