A Vernon Hills woman was charged over the weekend with stealing six videotapes from Welton’s Video Store, 8 Oak Creek Plaza. Lisa Moore, 36, of 323 Cherry Valley Rd. was charged Saturday with theft, assault and obstructing a police officer, police reports said. Police stopped Moore’s car on Illinois Highway 60 after the store owner called to report the theft, police said.
