Intel Corp. and AT&T Corp. said they signed agreements to bring high-speed data services to personal computers over broadband networks. The companies said the services will be delivered to PCs at speeds up to 1,000 times faster than through standard telephone modems. The new services will give users of home computers access to a range of interactive, multimedia services.
