Tim Wallach went 3 for 4 and tripled in the go-ahead run in the eighth as the Los Angeles Dodgers won in Hideo Nomo’s fifth straight no-decision.

Wallach, playing in his third game of the season since coming off the disabled list Saturday, hit a two-out line drive to center off Doug Henry that was barely missed by a diving Brett Butler.

It drove in Raul Mondesi, who went 2 for 4 including his ninth homer of the year. Delino DeShields followed Wallach’s triple with an RBI single for a 6-4 lead.

Los Angeles snapped a six-game losing streak. New York lost its third straight.
