A 28-year-old Aurora man was charged with driving under the influence and attempting to flee and elude arrest, police said. Ramiro Llanos, of 722 E. New York St., was arrested Saturday after finally being stopped in the 700 block of Crissey Avenue. Police said the officer initially tried to stop Llanos’ vehicle for having a cracked rear taillight when he allegedly drove away.
