A local teenager faces drug possession and vandalism charges in connection with a break-in Sunday at a lumber store at 150 Crystal St., police said. Officers said David C. Russell, 17, of 105 James Way bypassed a sliding door to enter the building, where he cut a phone line and threw the receiver to the ground. Russell was carrying a small amount of marijuana at the time of his arrest, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing, police said.
