Frank Garcia Jr., 37, of 529 Meeker St., Joliet, was charged Friday with retail theft. He is accused of taking three bottles of tequila, valued at $60, from Consumer Liquors, 924 E. 9th St. He allegedly concealed the liquor beneath his jacket. A clerk called police and Garcia was arrested minutes after driving away.
