Banta Corp. of Menasha, Wis., said it acquired substantially all the assets of Applied Technology Corp. of suburban Franklin Park for undisclosed terms. Applied Technology, which had 1994 sales of about $5 million, makes disposable products for the health industry. It will become a subsidiary of Ling Products Inc. in Neenah, Wis., a Banta subsidiary that manufactures single-use products for the health-care and food-service industries.
