The City Council has approved the final plat of survey for the Trees subdivision, to consist of 24 residential building lots containing four townhouses each on 15.5 acres south of St. Johns and Hickory Roads.
Jim Kastner, Woodstock’s director of community development, said, “Access to this site will be from the extension of Hickory Road south from St. Johns Road. The street will be fully improved with curb, gutter and sidewalk.”
Wynnwood Builders, Algonquin, also promised the board that he would construct a public foot path along the west side of Silver Creek.
