Mary Schmich is absolutely right–toilet-seat covers in the women’s restrooms at O’Hare International Airport should remain in place. Not only here, but they ought to be installed in every airport women’s restroom in the country, despite what a few male “politicos” may think.
Since the city collects the money from the airlines, and the majority of airline users are male, then I’m sure that Ms. Schmich would have no objection to the airline industry tacking on, say, a $5 tariff to every ticket listed to a woman.
You get what you pay for, Mary.
