Sun Co. Inc. is set to announce another round of cost-cutting moves Tuesday as it seeks to cope with competition in oil refining and marketing and to reassure investors. But the cutbacks at Sun, one of the largest U.S. refiners, will be far less comprehensive than the company’s 1992 restructuring, analysts said.
