A car salesman was charged with solicitation of a sexual act after he allegedly propositioned a 23-year-old female customer with a sex-for-money deal to buy a car. Police arrested James S. Scott, 43, of 9813 S. Kostner Ave., Oak Lawn, on Monday when he was meeting the woman, who had alerted police of the alleged arrangement. Scott, who was working at a 159th Street car dealership, was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court July 14.
