Anne T. Breen, who had retired as a supervisory accounting clerk in the U.S. Department of the Treasury Bureau of Public Debt, died Friday. She was 80. Ms. Breen is survived by three sisters, Anastasia Ashe, Mary Ellen Walsh and Patricia Anderson. Visitation will be Monday from 2 to 9 p.m. at the Foran Funeral Home, 7300 W. Archer Ave. A funeral mass will be said Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church on 73rd Court and 57th Street.
