George A. Kingos, 81, a jelly distributor, died Sunday in Lake Bluff Health Care Center. Survivors include his wife, Mae; two daughters, Jacqueline Kerulis and Gloria Kerulis; four sons, Raymond, Richard, George and Ronald; a brother; a sister; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mass was said Wednesday in Deerfield.
