Officers stopped a Harvard man for allegedly driving a vehicle with no front license plate and discovered an alleged plastic bag of cannabis in his car late Monday night, according to police. Donald H. Borner, 35, of 1500 Northfield Ave., was charged with driving with a revoked license and possession of cannabis, and was scheduled to appear in court July 6.
